Lindsey Wright is a Columbia University-trained, dual-certified psychiatric and palliative care Nurse Practitioner with over 7 years of clinical experience in a variety of mental health and medical settings.

In addition to seeing patients, Lindsey also serves as the Clinical Director at Inspire, a role that allows her to go beyond clinical care and design and implement both treatment and educational programs.

An expert in psychopharmacology, Lindsey handles complex medication management plans and can make recommendations for novel therapies such as ketamine treatment. Her expertise includes a range of mental health conditions and she is proficient in treating treatment-resistant depression, severe anxiety, and patients with life-threatening or chronic medical conditions in addition to more common mental health ailments. Lindsey offers both remote and in-person sessions for patients aged 5 and up.

In her work with patients, Lindsey values transparency, compassion, and active listening and uses a collaborative, supportive treatment approach.

Her practice focuses on understanding an individual's needs and goals for treatment, using real-world tools and here-and-now strategies to help patients feel better faster. Lindsey believes in fully nurturing patients' strengths and connecting with the resilience they already have within themselves. Lindsey is committed to improving access to quality mental health care, actively working to overcome logistical and financial barriers. She believes Inspire Mental Health can achieve this goal.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys dancing, running, yoga, and reading. She also has a master's degree in Narrative Medicine from Columbia University and remains active within this community.
