Mary holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Columbia University as a Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from George Washington University.

With extensive experience as an advanced practice nurse, Mary has worked in both mental health programs and liver disease outpatient and research clinics. She has expertise in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders and helping individuals cope with chronic illness.

Mary treats patients 12 and older, and appointments can be in-person or virtual.

Throughout her career, Mary has been deeply interested in the connection between mental health and physical health. She adopts a holistic approach to help clients reach their optimal health and wellbeing. Mary provides compassionate care and tailors recommendations to each individual, utilizing evidence-based practices to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.
